Team Coaching

Team Coaching is considered the best tool to achieve quick and sustainable improvement.

What is Team Coaching

Coaching is about having a vision and building on potential.  It is about working out what you want and then systematically achieving that through creating new goals.  With coaching there is a purpose resulting in the team member setting goals to develop skills, enhance performance and/or develop personally and professionally.  Coaching looks to the future to embrace change and allows individuals to grow through it.  It facilitates a shift in attitude and perspective and enhances emotional intelligence.  Coaching can become a positive culture in an organisation – “simply the way we do things around here”.

Individuals within the organisation and the organisation itself benefit from team coaching.  Coaching allows people to shine!

Why Team Coaching works

Team Coaching works because there is consistency and commitment to continuous personal and professional growth based on mutual respect and trust between coach and coachee.  Outcomes are measurable; Goals are reached; New goals set; Change embraced; Productivity rises; Self-confidence improves; Communication enhanced; Staff are happier and more satisfied and they appreciate the investment made in them.

Developing Successful Teams

Teams are motivated when they believe that what they are doing is worthwhile, when individuals within the team are in control of achieving their goals, and when they’re all appreciated and/or acknowledged for their contribution.

Teams are also much more successful when they understand each individual’s personality, have a common purpose and understand each person's motivation for doing the job.

Through working with clients one-on-one and through workshops with the whole team (which can result in a Vision Statement for that team, and a set of goals for them to achieve) the team works more closely together, improves their relationships with each other, identifies personal and workplace values and improves productivity.

Communication, or lack of it, can cause a huge number of problems including conflict within teams.  "Quantum Key” process has extensive experience in communication and conflict resolution strategies to positively shape work teams.
